December yard waste and recycling schedule

Season's greetings, neighbors! It's great to see lights and decorations popping up around our little city. We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are looking forward to celebrating the holidays with your family.

The latest from Waste Management is that yard waste will continue to be picked up every Wednesday, while recycling will continue to be picked up every other Wednesday due to an ongoing worker shortage.

The schedule (as we understand it to be) is as follows:

Wednesday, Dec. 1: Yard waste & recycling

Wednesday, Dec. 8: Yard waste

Wednesday, Dec. 15: Yard waste & recycling

Wednesday, Dec. 22: Yard waste

Wednesday, Dec. 29: Yard waste & recycling
